This year, the Union of European Federalists celebrate their 70th anniversary, a milestone that brings together generations of passionate European federalists who, since the end of World War II, have been campaigning for a united and federal Europe. Throughout the years UEF has been a leading voice in the promotion of European unity and an early campaigner for key milestones in the development of the European Communities and then the European Union.

The Union of European Federalists therefore invites you to the European Parliament on Wednesday 7 December to a presentation of the Exhibition “70 Years of Campaigns for a United and Federal Europe” in the presence of special guests MEPs Elmar Brok (tbc), Mercedes Bresso, Jo Leinen and Andrey Kovatchev.

The gathering will begin at 18:30 and take place on the 3rd floor of the Altiero Spinelli Building, in the “Distribution Centre” area. If you are not in possession of a badge yet, you can meet at 18:00 in front of the accreditation center in the European Parliament esplanade, next to the main entrance in the Altiero Spinelli building.
