The President of European Movement France, Yves Bertoncini, and the Secretary General, Olivier Mousson, spoke to French journal l’Opinion this week on the possibility of transforming citizen’s consultations in Europe.

They stated that such consultations provide a unique opportunity to formulate constructive proposals, whilst addressing unprecedented challenges facing Europeans. They also urged that everything be done to ensure that this civic opportunity is fully seized by the greatest number of Europeans, and so that such processes become the norm, rather than the exception.
