On Tuesday 29th January the initiative on “Looking for European Innovators” promoted by CIME and ALDA inside the Italian Alliance for the European Year of Citizens 2013 gathered. Also representatives from the Italian political forces participated in the meeting in order to actively engage and support their respective elective assemblies and the actions and goals contained in the Italian Alliance Manifesto.

The event “Looking for European Innovators” was the second part of the involvement process, launched through the questionnaire, which had been sent to the political forces, focusing on specific issues, such as citizenship, integration, European Policies, and immigration.

The participants all agreed with the aims of the Italian Alliance, ensuring their commitment to promote and support the action of the Alliance. The event represented an important opportunity of exchange and debate between the political forces and the most important associations and organizations of Italian civil society.
