ELEC – Baron Bernard Snoy et d’Oppuers elected new President

The Central Council of the European League of Economic Cooperation (ELEC) has appointed Baron Bernard Snoy et d’Oppuers as its new International President.
Bernard Snoy succeeds Anton van Rossum who presided ELEC for the last four years. Bernard Snoy is professor at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve and had an extensive career in European and international institutions.
During its summer meeting in Wroclaw, ELEC’s Central Council also appointed Rainer Boden as International Vice- President of the League. Rainer Boden has worked all his life for Deutsche Bank in several international functions.
