On Europe Day, it has now become a tradition in Bosnia & Herzegovina to award the persons and the places that best contributed and that have best represented Europe in the country throughout the year.
This year, the best European man, woman, mayor, and city were selected and publicly announced on the 5th May in the city of Bihac in the presence of eminent guests: European friends such as Olli Rehn, Miroslav Lajcak, Christian Schwarz-Schilling were invited to the award ceremony along with European dignitaries.
EM Bosnia & Herzegovina handed out their pro-EU integration posters to the governments of Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and B&H.
