On Wednesday, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, delivered the State of the Union (SOTEU) speech outlining the vision and policy priorities of the European Commission in the coming year. Ahead of the the SOTEU, the European Movement International launched a digital campaign outlining some of our Network’s core priorities moving forward, including topics like the successful implementation of the Conference on the Future of Europe, the Green New Deal, and the New European Bauhaus; as well as a focus on geopolitics, security, and our digital future.

We are happy to have seen the President of the European Commission touch upon most these priorities, in some detail, in yesterday’s speech.
