This summer ALDA is offering two training opportunities to enjoy the season in a different way – by traveling, learning, and furthering your skills at horizon at the same time.

#SummerSchool – Opportunity 2

The second opportunity is offered for those interested in learning and improving the project management skills. It will consist in a three-day training called “The practical methodological guide for brave project managers”, which already shows that the approach will be based in non-formal practical methods. The training will be led by ALDA’s experts, with more than 15 years of experience in the field. Therefore the lessons are enriched by their experience, and they will be sharing lessons learnt and suggestions to solve emerging issues during the project cycle management.

Jointly organised with the Region Istria, the training will take place in the amazing sea-side city of Pula, Croatia, from 6 to 8 July 2016. In brief, this intensive three-day training is open for all the brave project managers who want to improve their skills, with tips and knowledge that a classical course would not provide!
