Second Public Discussion on the program ”Share your knowledge – become a mentor 2015/2016” on the topic “Women Enterprenuership” will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2015 at 2 pm.
Goal of the round table is for mentees and their mentors to, through informal conversation with panelists, discuss entrepreneurship, experiences of entrepreneurial endeavors, with an emphasis on women entrepreneurs, and personal challenges and motivation for starting business. This is a great opportunity for mentees to advance and develop their knowledge and skills on this subject, discuss experiences with their colleagues and, perhaps in the future, decide on being entrepreneurs themselves.

Discussion
The main goal of the program is to bring together professional women leaders from different professions to share their knowledge and experience with young women starting their careers with similar interests and a desire to be successful in their fields. This will help to create opportunities for these women to improve their career path in order to achieve positive change and to set a sound basis for future long-term cooperation. Model of mentoring has been widely promoted internationally and successfully implemented in several countries. Taking into account our environment and social conditions, the model has been slightly adapted to the target group in the Republic of Serbia.
*The “Share Your Knowledge – Become a Mentor 2015/2016” program is organized for the sixth year in a row by European Movement in Serbia with the cooperation and support of the Embassy of the United States and Erste Bank and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE ). The goal of this program is the economic and professional empowerment of women in Serbian society through exchange of experiences and knowledge between professional women leaders from different professions (business, public and civil sector) and younger women with similar interests and a desire to be successful in their fields. This will help create opportunities for these women to improve their career path in order to achieve positive change and to set a sound basis for future long-term cooperation.
