On 8 March 2017 the European Movement International held its first Breakfast Club of the year. This pre-EU Summit briefing focused on EU leaders’ agenda during the Council meeting on 9-10 March.

João Nogueira Martins, Chief Economic Adviser to President Donald Tusk, briefed the participants on the most pressing economic issues that would be discussed by European Head of States in the course of the two days.
