Sabir, a festival promoted by Caritas, A Buon Diritto, Asgi, Charter of Roma and ACLI, is organized by ARCI with the collaboration of the city of Pozzallo, Sicily. It is meant to be a widespread and mobile festival, a vehicle for thoughts about the Mediterranean alternatives in Europe’s symbolic places on Europe’s doorstep.
