Talking Europe with Joost Korte, Director General of DG EMPL

On Tuesday, 01 March from 11:00-12:00 CET, the EMI held the eleventh edition of Talking Europe organised in partnership with the European Commission, this time featuring Joost Korte, Director-General of DG EMPL. This series of online events launched in 2020 aims to discuss the EU’s work and how it affects all Europeans.

Our guest Joost Korte, Director-General of DG EMPL discussed the recent work of DG EMPL, including the European Employment Strategy, social inclusion with regards to the Covid-19 crisis and the recent developments in a green and digital transition strategy.
