On Thursday, 14 July from 10:30-11:30 CEST, the European Movement International held the thirteenth edition of Talking Europe organised in partnership with the European Commission, this time featuring Michael Köhler, Acting-Director General of DG ECHO. This series of online events launched in 2020 aims to discuss the EU’s work and how it affects all Europeans.
Our guest Michael Köhler, Acting Director General of DG ECHO, discussed Russia’s harmful invasion of Ukraine from a humanitarian perspective. The discussion highlighted the developments of the conflict and the recent work of DG ECHO.
