On 21-23 February 2020, a multinational group of 12 students from the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies successfully represented the College of Europe at the London International Model United Nations (LIMUN). The months of preparation for this extracurricular activity, supported by two Academic Assistants, culminated in a great performance of the students who all represented EU member states or EU institutions, in line with their study programme’s focus on EU external action. They researched and drafted various position papers, debated and negotiated with other delegates from all over the world on the premises of King’s College London. In the end, their efforts were officially lauded with eight distinctions.
