In the past 30 years Europe’s help has meant the UK has gone from having just 18 clean beaches in the 1980s, to more than 600 in 2016. That means families can enjoy our stunning coastline without fear of filthy beaches or dangerous waters – as once was the case.

This Bank Holiday weekend, we’re teaming up with Environmentalists for Europe to host beach parties around Britain to celebrate Europe’s contribution to our clean coastline.

With beach balls and t-shirts, flags for sandcastles and stickers for the children, we will be making a splash to remind people to Vote to Remain. Bring a picnic to enjoy with family and friends, and show why you want to Remain for Nature.
