The EMI Training Academy hosts a group from Moscow State University
This month a group of law students from Moscow State University came to Brussels for a tailor-made training of 10 days organised by the EMI Training Academy.
The students first attended 4 days of lectures in Brussels where they visited the EU institutions and met various speakers, among which Mr. Alexander Gusarov, First Secretary of the Mission of the Russian Federation to the EU, Mr Richard Corbett, Member of the Cabinet of Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council and Mr Nikolay V. Korchunov, Acting Permanent Representative of Russia to NATO.
They then spent two days in Luxembourg where they visited the European Court of Justice and met with the ECJ Judge Maria Berger. After some free days of intensive sight-seeing in Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent, the group spent a day in Bruges where they were invited to visit the College of Europe.
