The European Movement International would like to pay tribute to Bob Molenaar, who sadly passed away on November 17th. Bob Molenaar was engaged in the European Movement from the very beginning and will be sorely missed by many who had the pleasure to work with him. He was president of the Dutch European Movement (Europese Beweging Nederland) for 12 years, and served as the Secretary General of the European Movement International from 1987 to 1993. His strong commitment and contribution to European integration are greatly valued by the European Movement. Our condolences are with his family.

There will be a ceremony held later today in The Hague.
