This is the second in a series of three debates focused on EU energy policy, organised by the European Movement International in association with ENEL and with the media support of EurActiv. This debate will address the scenarios resulting from the Third Liberalisation Package and its impact on consumers. Stakeholders representing the industry, civil society and the institutions, as well as academia, will participate.
