On Friday June 17th and Saturday June 18th, the Black Sea Conference, organised by the European League for Economic Cooperation (ELEC), takes place in Bucharest to mark the official start of the new ELEC section in Romania.
In the wake of the German nuclear energy exit, the subject of "Renewable energy and transport infrastructure: a new challenge for EU-Black Sea cooperation" is more timely than ever.
The setting of the conference is one of the architectural jewels of Bucharest: the eclectic building of the late 19th century of the National Bank of Romania.
