Dear colleagues,

European Movement Estonia is looking for partners for a project in the framework of EC’s Lifelong Learing programme Leonardo da Vinci.
The programme funds a wide range of actions, notably cross-border mobility initiatives; co-operation projects to develop and spread innovation; and thematic networks.

We would like to initiate a project in the network of European Movement International called "Europe In Movement – project management in non-profit organizations".
With this project we intend to strengthen the collaboration between the national councils of the European Movement through the possibility to exchange professionals within our network.
We intend to organize an internship for approximately 10 Estonian people during 18 months in EU countries.

The organizations who are interested to host an Estonian trainee for 4-6 months somewhere within the period  of 16 June 2009 -31 December 2010 please have a look to the attachments of this e-mail.

Attached you can find some useful documents about the project:
1)    Outline of the project "Europe In Movement" i.e what we intend to do;
2)    Letter of Intent – we need signed and stamped if you would like to become a partner. As we do not have much time it will be enough if we get the scanned version by the 27th of January;
3)    The Part III of the grant application form. We need you to fill it in according to the "Reference Tables" for the Leonardo da Vinci programme;
4)    The Reference Tables to be able to identify the necessary codes the Letter of Intent and Part III needs.

Financial information: The programme will cover all the costs of the project 100% no co-financement needed and you will get a hard working Estonian to your organization, who will speak good english – for at least 4 months 

The deadline to send us in the documents confirming your partnership in this project is 27th of January.

p. s Estonian European Movement will apply for the grant, write the project and do all the hard work for you. Also, if awarded, we will get a reply in March. In that case Estonian European Movement would manage the grant of the project and allocate the budget according to the planned activities.
