The European Movement in France recently presented the movie “Europalive” by Arnaud Jullien. As a young filmmaker, Arnaud Jullien travels the EU in 75 days to meet Europeans. Through ad-hoc interviews in the streets, in parks, but also at people’s homes, Europeans are able to share their opinions on different subjects in front of his camera.

The answers are always given to the same set of questions, related to politics, culture, money, the EU as such and other personal concerns. The aim is to provide a better understanding of who Europeans are today. Europalive is a personal quest and an attempt in giving a human face to Europe from a different angle.

A total of 140 interviews in 23 languages from 24 EU countries were shot during this project. The result is a 52 minutes film with a thematic episodes series.
