In order to discuss the European Neighborhood Policy Plus and the communication of the European Commission called the Black Sea Synergy, the European Movement International and theEuropean Movement Romania will organise a conference in Romania on the 28/29/30 November 2007 with the participation of special guests from Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
