The National Convention on the European Union in Serbia (NC EU) is an institutionalized and thematically structured debate among representatives of the state sector: administration, self-governments, politicians, expert community, business community, non-governmental organizations, and broad public, on preparation of Serbia’s accession to the EU. The project is realized by the European Movement in Serbia (EMinS) in cooperation with the Slovak Foreign Policy Association and EMinS Local Councils, based in Novi Pazar, Nis and Zrenjanin. The project NCEU 2008/09 is financed by the EU through the European Integration Fund – a program managed by the Delegation of European Commission to Serbia and implemented by Press Now.
