Following the stimulating discussion at the Federal Council in Brussels last December, the European Movement Romania is organising a meeting between the EMI Neighbourhood/EuroMed and Enlargement Working groups on the topic of

“Synergy in the Black Sea region”
22nd to 24th February
Bucharest

This event will analyze the need for developing a similar project to the one underway in the Mediterranean within the framework of the North-South Mediterranean Dialogue concerning the Black Sea and particularly of its Congress in February 2006 in Algiers.
Attached is a programme for the three day event, which aims in particular to provoke a debate among the representatives of countries in the region under discussion.
