The challenges and discrimination faced by young people when trying to access their rights have been recognized in a report released by the United Nations Human Rights Office (OHCHR).

The report on youth and human rights was published in early September ahead of the 39th Session of the UN Human Rights Council, which took place from 10-28 September in Geneva, Switzerland.

Our member, the European Youth Forum, welcomes the report, which provides yet another clear indication of the structural and institutional barriers faced by young people.
