The German embassy in Lisbon presents a concert of pieces by Beethoven interpreted by Julius Berger (violoncello) and Margarita Höhenrieder. The Portuguese president, H.E. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, will be the guest of honor and open the event together with the German Ambassador to Portugal, Dr. Martin Ney. More information on the event can be found here.

Demographic change and above all rising emigration rates have become a growing problem in the Western Balkan countries over the last few years. Germany is one of the main destination countries for skilled and non-skilled workers.
