Roselyne Lefrançois was first elected EMI Board Member in 2014 and was subsequently re-elected in 2017 and in 2020. She is a former member of the European Parliament, and was Deputy Mayor of Rennes in charge of International Relations and European Affairs from 1995 until 2014. She has also been a Board Member of the European Movement Rennes since 2003 and President since 2012.
